The Provider was friendly, listened to me, and provided thoughtful care and prescription to me. Great, comfortable experience. Thank you.
I liked that the MinuteClinic had availability to service me the same day. The MinuteClininc met all of my needs. What hindered me from giving my experience a 10/10 was the nurse who assisted me did not have the most friendly personality (she wasn't bad, it was just more transactional than relational).
Went in for a TB blood test. Provider struggled to find my vein and spent several minutes repeatedly poking me. If he is not a certified phlebotomist then he should not be taking blood and if he is then he needs retraining as he was out of practice. After the failed withdrawal attempt I was still charged $107. I was forced to go to Quest and spent 2 hours waiting for a service I just paid for.

The wait was short. The Nurse was excellent and very friendly.

We were impressed by the outstanding staff and attention to detail. Also we were seen as soon as I completed my entries on the lobby computer sign in portal.
