I was very pleased with the ease and efficiency of the care provided at the Minute Clinic. Additionally my prescription was delivered to me in a timely fashion from a polite, understanding, and competent The Provider in the pharmacy.
The nurse practitioner, The Provider, was an absolute stand-out. I wish I could have her as my regular health care practitioner. She was kind, asked thoughtful questions, spoke to me in a manner I could understand, did not rush me out the door - I did not feel like a number. She created a calm, caring place and it was a great experience. She ensured I understood the medication before I left as well. The best medical experience I have ever had. Thank you, The Provider! You make the Aurora, OH CVS a better place and the customer experience a positive one in their time of need.
Went in not feeling well and primary care doctor refused to see me . Than after co pay was told I need to go to urgent care for chest xray and had another co pay . Paid twice . Should have said to go there in the first place .
Stadia Yanasak is truly amazing. Very caring and compassionate
Listened to what my issues were and treated conservatively. Did take care of initial issue but also had other issues which still linger but are improving with over the counter meds.
I had obvious sinus infection symptoms and a low-grade fever, according to the nurse practitioner. I also mentioned mild stomach discomfort, likely caused by taking Motrin, which is known to upset the stomach. Despite this, the nurse practitioner typed forever on her computer and then advised me to go to the emergency room. Her diagnosis was “Periumbilical abdominal pain.” Why would I go to ER if my sinus infection symptoms were obvious and my stomach discomfort was minor? It seemed the nurse practitioner lacked sufficient knowledge. I’m glad I didn’t go to the ER to waste time and money.
The Provider was great.
The Provider was professional, thorough and personable.
The nurse was not helpful at all. She had already made her mind up about my treatment plan before she looked at me. If I saw that she was working at that location again I would cancel my appointment. This is the second time I’ve had her and she was not helpful.
