The clinic rep was friendly, professional, and proficient in administering my vax.

The doctor who took care of my daughter was so kind and very thorough. She really listened to my concerns and was able to help us on a Saturday morning. We only had to wait about 5 minutes before someone could see us, even without an appointment. Will definitely use again!

The practiioner working at the Minute Clinic was fantastic. Your insurance side of things at Minute Clinic the pharmacy and Caremark is awful. I would go elsewhere if my insurance allowed me to.

I’ve already left this review, but I’ll do it again. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I was not in the MinuteClinic very long before I was called in to speak with a nurse and then I had to go back out and sit and wait for the nurse practitioner and that also was under a minute pretty fast. Everyone again was very helpful, understanding, and really took care of me and knowing that they could tell I didn’t feel good. The nurse practitioner also recommended a cold medicine for me.

It was super far from setting up the appointment online, to the appointment itself. The two ladies were very nice as well.

The process was quick scheduling an appointment, and the wait time was minimal. The clinician was extremely helpful and thorough.

The providers did not perform testing in an accurate knowledgeable way. They had to stick me 4 times and kept saying I was clotting too fast, meanwhile I was bleeding actively each time. They were rubbing the tube back and forth on my skin when you’re supposed to gently touch the bubble of blood that’s formed and it will go into test tube. My fingers hurt for days. And on top of that they just handed me a bandaid to apply myself while I was actively bleeding all over my hand. I have experience in medical field, I’ve taken my own blood glucose many times and understand the method. My regret is not speaking up and just tolerating their inadequacies.
