Rise practitioner was very thorough and helpful! Dry kind and genuinely cared which is hard to find these days.

The nurse was patient and kind. She treated my son's cut with the greatest care. He told me afterwards that he liked the doctor.

My illness was not diagnosed properly and correctly. I was treated for a sinus infection but after getting home and not feeling better, I did a home test and it came back positive for Flu B. I should have been tested for it, being that I put on the form that I have been exposed to the flu. I work at a school and everyone is getting sick with the flu. I was checked only by the student. I returned to the clinic to see if my treatment was different. I was told that since it had been more than 48 hrs, I could not get flu treatment, which is fine. But my symptoms were not only of a sinus infection, which I've had in the past. I changed what I was taking besides the antibiotics to Mucinex cold and flu. In my opinion, the revision of the patient should be a little more thorough. Minute clinic is convenient, but if possible, I will be making an appointment with my PCP.
