I saw The Provider and she was extremely professional. The Provider is the type of employee that needs a bonus. Her kind and caring attitude and understanding of my medical needs was top notch.
Nurse was friendly and provided careful service
Provider failed to administer STI treatment at time of appointment despite that being the CDC recommended course of action for my concern. This would then require a follow up for what should have been done at the initial visit.
The practitioner was on time, very personable, and addressed all of my concerns.
