Went in because had bad cold symptoms. Was diagnosed and received medication. The doctor was very friendly and helpful.
Was able to schedule appt within the hour. The Provider was extremely professional and helpful. Will use the Minute Clinic again in the future

Very frirndly and professional care
I had the best experience at CVS. I went in with the goal of getting tested for COVID, since I was experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms. I received a thorough checkup as well as the COVID and flu tests. Both tests turned out to be negative, but I left with more than peace of mind. My NP made recommendations for treatment of my illness and spent time talking with me about my medical history. She even helped me check in when I got there. I left feeling truly cared for. Thank you!

Everything was good until it was time to pay. The first day I went on Tuesday they said it was $39 for my TB test. I didn’t have my cards so I tried to pay tap pay but they didn’t accept it supposedly but before I even tried to pay out of pocket I asked her if she can charge my insurance & she told me they didn’t accept my insurance ( which was a lie ) . I ended up leaving without paying & she told me they will send me the bill through the mail Okcool. Thursday comes I go back to get my results on my test , it’s a new lady in & now she is telling me the test will be $54. How did it go from 39 to 54 ? I tell her can she charge my insurance she tries to say they didn’t accept it first then says she will still try it. She tried it & my insurance went through. I’m writing this to say I feel like they were tryna get over on me or something I didn’t like that at all.
