I received great care from the nurse practitioner. I do have an opinion about the senior 65 tests I was given when I was being evaluated and treated for the flu. I also received a memory test because I was a senior. I should have not agreed to these tests, but being very ill, it was confusing and I was not prefaced with the fact that I could decline consent. My family doctor will conduct these evaluations at a more appropriate time and not while ill (failed the word test and it was not accurate assessment). I will be informing my doctor about this experience.

I had a physical and TB test that needed to be read on Thurs. I went to my appointment on Thurs at 8:40 am to find the clinic closed. This test had to be read on Thurs to be accurate and documented that I had a negative result. The least you could have done was to reschedule at the next closest clinic instead you just cancelled my appt and left me to find a clinic that I could have gotten my test read. To my surprise, I booked myself at another location to have my test read and was charged $50, because of my inconvenience I should not have been charged any fee. I have utilized CVS service for years and never had a problem. In the future, I won't be using CVS.

My experience was at the clinic was good. I will however like to mention that the store restrooms, where you must go to provide samples for testing were utterly disgusting. I cannot believe that CVS invites sick people into such a horrible atmosphere to use these facilities. The floors, walls and toilet were so bad I felt like I was at a truck stop. Piles of trash in the waste basket and rolls of paper towels on the floor, so gross and to ask patients to use these facilities is horrible.
