The nurse practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable

CVS minute clinic is my go to for minor health issues. The PAs and NPs are caring, patient and thorough. My appointment time is always met and I leave, with good advice and prescriptions, if needed, to get well. They will even assist if it needs to be OTC. This time, I had food poisoning and the provider was compassionate and recommended several solutions. I appreciated the input and felt improvement, by the end of the day.

This is a monthly visit for a B12 injection as required by primary care physician. When the clinic is open this happens smoothly but in Jan and Feb I had appts cancelled at the very last minutes or I could not find the clinic open when I visited for this reason. Whatever the issue is if it is staffing please get this fixed. I rely on this location for this. I’m 93.5 yrs old and haven’t drive myself to get these shots. When no one is there to staff the clinic or my appts get canceled without explanation it puts me in a disadvantage immediately. I would have to drive a half hour one way for this injection otherwise.

The doctor or tech was absolutely lovely. However I think that as a medical option with non insurance support your pricing should be significantly more transparent.

I rely on this CVS Minute Ckinic for Dr authorized monthly injections. I am a 93.5 yr old and this clinic is a short drive for me.
