Nurse was very helpful and pleasant.

I came in to have wax removed from my ears. The nurse or pa looked in my ears. No wax but fluid. One of the things she recommends is nasal rinse which I told her I do every night. She said what I do every night is only good for sinuses. Well what is the saline rinse good for? I said do I spit the stuff out she says no just swallow it. That doesn’t sound right. I checked the instructions and it says not to swallow. Hmmm does she even know what the heck she is doing?

The whole process was so simple and effective. I appreciate the honesty of the PA and the help I was able to receive on such a short notice.

It was easy to make an appointment, the medical attendant was kind and efficient and kept the patients moving in an out in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this Minute Clinic.

So I’m not sure if you are changing up how the minute clinic works but it was strange to be checked in by what I would assume was a nurse and then be seen by the dr. There was three lady’s there the “nurse” the dr and another lady running back and forth between the two rooms the one room with the nurse and the one room with the dr. I did the online waitlist about 3:10 and didn’t make it out until close to 4:45. There definitely was a wait when I got there but with the one lady running from room to room if she was a dr I don’t know why she wasn’t in her own room helping customers so the wait wasn’t so long. Then when I was seen by the dr for my son she felt the need to look up images of what my child had to see if it looked like hand foot month like she wasn’t sure if he had it or not after looking at his mouth, hands and feet which made me feel very unsure about her checking him out in the first place. I know there are things that happen from day to day so things that run late so that wasn’t a huge deal but the whole thing felt strange compared to other times I have visited. There was also a problem with the wait for another person who was waiting for a dot visit from what he was saying and the lady that was doing the running around said right off the bat well where are your papers / paper work which I felt was very rude of her which I felt escalated the situation with that customer. He was mad about the wait and canceling his appointment that he had to begin with. Which is not my problem or issue but I think to that if the lady that was running from room to room was a dr that she should have been helping the customers. Maybe she is a manager of the minute clinic. Not sure but I think it could have been run better. Sorry for the long message but thought you should know. Have a great day!
