I was seen for loss of hearing. I was told to put in drops until my follow up appointment and when I arrived for my follow up a couple of days later which was scheduled by the provider durring the first appointment there was a written sign say "Closed". I then spoke to a CVS employee and told me that apparently this happens alot and sometimes they just dont show up to appointments which is very unprofessional and time consuming. I wish I was told in advance that the Minute clinic was closed for the day. They had plenty of time since my follow up was no until 10am.

The staff was attentive and helpful, but the wait was ridiculous between the nurse and the nurse practitioner...almost an hour.
On the clinic side my experience was a solid 10. Both the tech and nurse practitioner were great: knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and provided extremely professional care, Maybe 11 stars out of ten. My condition required a simple antibiotic but the pharmacy said it would net be ready for 3 hours. That defeats the whole purpose of going to a Minute Clinic. Prescriptions from the clinic should go into an express queue so sick people don’t have to wait at the store for 3 hours or make a second trip to pick up their medicine.

I had an appointment and was seen slightly before my appointed time. The nurse and the PA were very thorough and professional, but very friendly. The prescriptions have worked extremely well.
