We had a very short wait time. The nurse and PA were so friendly, efficient and helpful. My adult son has autism and they were so kind and patient with him.
I gave this experience a 10 because everything from start to finish was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The online booking process was easy, and having my insurance verified in advance gave me peace of mind with no unexpected costs. The Provider made the visit exceptional. She was thorough, personable, and made what is usually an uncomfortable exam feel easy and comfortable. She also took the time to recommend a primary care provider, which I truly appreciated. The clinic itself was clean, professional, and far beyond what I expected within a CVS setting. Overall, this was an excellent experience and one I would confidently recommend.

All good...PA was very professional and had excellent customer service. The NP took my blood pressure three times and none of the readings were reported on my summary.
Professional, courteous, and thorough
Because The Provider takes very good care of me. I'm not the best patient (big baby) in the world that's for sure. The Provider gets me and I appreciate that sooo much! She is always a professional and so kind.
We were only prescribed an ear drop , so that night he had to call the online dr at 3 am who says he needed oral antibiotic because drops couldn’t reach his ear infection because it was middle ear. We went 3 days later to our pcp who says same thing. Said his ears had so much junk in them nobody could see infection without cleaning them.
Wonderful experience with the nurse practitioner. Clearly explained the issues, very nice and provided a welcoming environment to comfortably talk about my health issues.

Everything was great, from easy scheduling to the appointment time. The nurse was so nice and professional. Did a very thorough exam and then less than 15 minutes had the prescrption ready to pickup.
