Thorough kind competent
The nurse practitioner was very efficient and very nice. We are lucky to have this service on Signal.
The actual visit was perfect. The nurse practitioner was very nice. The nurse who greeted me was very nice. Very efficient got through some testing and the nurse practitioner sent to prescriptions over to the pharmacy. The pharmacy seemed crazy busy and people were just kind of running around. They got my first prescription done very quickly, but when I explained that an over-the-counter medication didn’t work as good as a prescription strength medication I was told first that I know that wasn’t the case and then I was told that the nurse practitioner couldn’t put in a prescription for peridium. So I was basically forced to do the over-the-counter medication which I wasn’t really happy about. It felt like I was being pushed to do that since they were so Busy.

The np, I think her name was The Provider or something close, was so nice. She listened well. I can tell she cares about the patients she sees.
I really like the nurse practitioner. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me with my health. I felt she went above and beyond which I appreciated.
