I visited CVS minute clinic on Friday, 5/8 in Hixson, TN - Hwy 153 location and saw Ms The Provider. She was a wonderful NP, very friendly & thorough. I would recommend anyone to come visit her if they were in need. Thank you.

The NP was very friendly and was interested in my well-being. She was very knowledgeable with my situation and treated it very professionally.

I came in for a sore throat that had been hurting me roughly 24 hours straight. The clinic tested me for 3 tests, which came back negative. While I was fairly sure I had none of these sicknesses, I am glad for the tests. However, I am not glad for the price being so high to leave with no solution, except a work note. I had to specifically ask for any medicine, and then was I provided with not only a prescription, but was personally shown a list of options under the sore throat category, when I wasn't going to be provided any medicine in the first place. After receiving this medicine, my price for the appointment rose even further. Considering the doctor themselves was trying to soften the blow of the appointment price (on top of me using insurance), I'm curious what I had to pay so much money for. And, if I plan to come back in the future, I will be sure to know exactly what I have, and only to have the minimal procedures done to confirm as such to have a prescription wrote. It is also clear the first person I met before the second did not share information as I was asked some of the same questions twice.

The nurse practitioner who saw my daughter (3 years old) was so nice to her and so gentle. She was also very thorough and explained everything very well.

Providerng was very polite and did an excellent job making sure my big bite wasn't infected. She was super kind, would go back if I had any issues

Very helpful. Did more than my Dr. office on Tuesday I went to my Dr. They did nothing except blood work. No COVID TEST NO FLU TEST. SO ON THURSDSY I CSNE TO CVS ANDHAD A VERY THOROUGH CHECK UP. TESTED FOR COVID AND FLU. HAD NEITHER. BUT AT LEAST I KNEW. My Dr. office should have checked for both Thank you Hannah

The Provider is the very best provider! I would very much like a sign at the minute clinic without the Provider on Duty.
