The nurse practitioner took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a clear and compassionate way. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how thorough the assessment was. What stood out most was the balance of clinical expertise and genuine patient-centered care. I left not only with a clear treatment plan, but also with a better understanding of my symptoms and next steps. Prescriptions and recommendations were handled seamlessly, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, this was a convenient, high-quality healthcare experience. Excellent service, though I came in at 12:30 pm and had to return at 4pm to get an appointment.
My reason for the score of 9, on the first two questions were as follows. I tried numerous times to make an appointment through the app, with no avail. The system would let me get to sending me a text to verify and it wasn't the last four of my number.
I have been to Minute Clinic several times and have not had a bad experience. Each visit was pleasant and professional. I would recommend and I am sure I will visit again if I can’t get in to see my PCP.
