The service was wonderful. Everything was well explained
I was put on a waitlist which is fine, but was there waiting for two and a half hours before being called in. When I finally got called in she told me she needed to rush and that I was in there as a favor because I had been waiting for a while. Very unprofessional and very rude through and through. Would not recommend to anyone, the person seeing patients would come out and complain she couldn’t see them on her schedule even after they checked in and their name was on the screen for the waitlist. No one was being called in order either.

I went in for a TB test on Tuesday, May 26. The NP who administered it was great and I made an appointment for 5/28 at 11:50 to have it read. Today, I received an email telling me that the appointment was canceled. When I clicked the link to reschedule, the page told me that the appointment does not exist. So now I can't get my TB test read when everyone knows that they are time-sensitive. I wasted $39 and will NOT be returning to Minute Clinic for this service in the future because I no longer trust you. I would actually like a refund of my $39 since I am not the one who canceled the appointment.
The NP that helped me was very nice and smart.
The nurse practitioner was nice and thorough. She asked detailed questions to ensure she was resolving my issue the best way possible. Thank you for your help.
