PA said I had an ear infection in both ears. She prescribed an antibiotic. The next day I saw my primary care physician to confirm the asymptomatic ear infection. She said I didn't have an ear infection in either ear. So the PA at CvS didn't know .
Everything went as well as I expected. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.
No seamless onboarding instructions for patient , thus leading to frustration waiting without any expectations.
The lady that drew my blood wiggled the needle in my arm to get the blood to draw and my arm is bruised and my arm feels tingly and numb.
Had an appointment at 3. walked in at 2:50 into the waiting area and i didn’t get seen till 3:35, sat it her office that was not sanitized down from her prior patient. all she did was take my blood pressure, ask a couple questions then did a throat swab. she proceeded to sit me back in the waiting room and took another patient in while we waited for the results (that would’ve been done in 5min) she called me back into the room that again was not sanitized down and then prescribed me medication for diagnosis. after all that she said “sorry i was double booked” i don’t think there should be a double booking issue for those who actually scheduled and should be seen at their time.
east to schedule, easy check om, professional service
The provider was excellent. I appreciate how quickly I was able to be seen to receive the meds I required.
I would have had better care at a more affordable price at a regular doctor office or urgent care. I will never return to a Minute Clinic. At $211, I will go elsewhere. Especially when I was charged $50 for a rapid strep test that came back negative but the provider said based on my symptoms probably actually have strep. Why should I pay an additional $50 for a test that isn't accurate?...
Appointment at 12:20pm. I sat on the side and kept checking. My name was on the list. At 12:55 pm I was sitting in front of the doors. The tech told me it was her lunch time and had not looked on the side. I was avoiding the sick patients and there was no indication to not sit on the side. She did take me but kept reminding me it was her lunch time.

The tests were completed in a timely manner, but this was the most unfriendly set of people we have ever had there. Very cold and unwelcoming. Both tests ran were negative but then the PA said he had an ear infection. It seemed like she was reaching with that. The convenience of the minute clinic will have us come back, but it really could be so much better customer service wise.
