Not too long ago wait. The practitioner was quite friendly and professional. The Rxs she wrote for me got me through a miserable bout of bronchitis!

We have had several visits at the minute clinic in Crowley and always had amazing treatment. However I was not impressed with the nurse practitioner at The Provider Irvin on Saturday and her lack of experience and improper questions and use of her power. The Burleson police department actually told me that I should turn her in to the board as she shouldn’t be seeing patients with her lack of training and lack of empathy.

The NP that gave my shot was really good at it!

This was my first visit. It was quick and easy and all of my questions were answered.

This is the second time I've used minute clinic; once as the patient myself and this one was for my daughter. Both were awesome! The first appt I had was a reallllly long wait time even with the appt, but it was made amazing by the doctor that we saw...she was wonderful! This time was almost no wait time..just a few minutes but he provider was also great!

The nurse practitioner, The Provider, was attentive and detailed in listening to my health concerns, providing feedback and getting me what I needed. The walk-in wait time was very long. I had debated earlier in the day where to find care due to pricing each location. Minute Clinic was difficult to find the correct information about pricing. It was not clear on the website and when I tried to call, the automated system could not help me and there wasn't an actual person to talk to. It was in a Covid 19 loop that was very frustrating. Even though this was frustrating, I do plan to use Minute Clinic again now that I understand the system and pricing. I will definitely make an appointment next time. The Provider's care for me is why I will will come back.
