The Provider was fantastic! Very professional, thorough and she has a great bed side manner.

It was friendly, quick, and convenient. Nurse and Doctor were both easy to work with.
Experience was good.
The precheck process was easy, the NP that I saw was knowledgeable and very kind. She gave me additional recommendations on how to be healthy and reasonable instructions for my specific problem.
The tests were completed in a timely manner, but this was the most unfriendly set of people we have ever had there. Very cold and unwelcoming. Both tests ran were negative but then the PA said he had an ear infection. It seemed like she was reaching with that. The convenience of the minute clinic will have us come back, but it really could be so much better customer service wise.
PA said I had an ear infection in both ears. She prescribed an antibiotic. The next day I saw my primary care physician to confirm the asymptomatic ear infection. She said I didn't have an ear infection in either ear. So the PA at CvS didn't know .

CVS staff was nice. It was super convenient. I am a busy medical student and I forgot to get my TB test and was able to walk into this clinic. Super glad this exists.
