The service was provided in a timely matter, very professional and courteous.
I was not properly treated by the provider during my most recent visit. I arrived with acute respiratory symptoms and denied treatment. I ended up going to another urgent care and received the appropriate prescription.
I was having cold or flu-like symptoms, and Providerera asked all the right questions, and gave me the opportunity to go into some detail as far as my activities the previous weeks, and if I had been around anyone who was sick, which to my knowledge I had not. She was able to suggest specific OTC products to help alleviate my symptoms, and prescribed Doxycycline in case my symptoms worsened over the next couple of days. I am not good at diagnosing myself, unless I recognize allergy symptoms, so I followed her suggestions, and by lunchtime the next day (today) I’m already feeling much better.
The doctor I saw was very nice, seen her a few times before! Very patient with her patients, and take time to explain everything!
