The Provider, Providera, was competent, friendly, and professional. The COVID booster process was managed on time and efficiently.
The Provider was amazing, & she’s pretty damn hot!
The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. They asked me an extensive amount of questions that had no relation to my visit. I requested a strep test be done, they refused and offered a flu test instead. I requested antibiotics if the test came back negative as my cultures always show two to three days later and I needed the antibiotics to return to work and they declined. I didn’t even let them take the tests, walked out after receiving no care. Utterly disgraceful service.
Had a very short wait and was attended with extreme care and compassion.
I was suffering from impacted earwax which was severely affecting my hearing. I made a 10 a.m. appointment and treatment began a little after 10.
The doctor on staff, I felt was very dismissive towards me, she did treat me but I also felt that I needed more medication to assist with making me feel better, when I said something about it. She fully dismissed it.
the only issue was that I did everything online and checked in online but the nurse did not know we had an appointment and had to redo my health insurance.

The physicians assistant was very helpful And I liked how she explained everything thoroughly. She was good about asking my permission if I wanted to test for Providervid, flu or strep and she took her time with me. I never felt rushed.
