The Assistant and the Doctor were both nice and they were expedient in looking at my issues
I appreciated the ease of scheduling. The practitioner I saw was very detailed in explaining my symptoms and medications she was prescribing.
Great service
I don’t feel like all my concerns about what was going on were fully listened to. And the symptoms that i was experiencing were not fully taken into account
Felt like the pa did not care about my health just wanted to get through the appointment and move on.
The nurse was friendly, professional and thorough.
Professional Compassionate Good listener Good medical provider
Demasiados pacientes y trabajan en forma intermitente entra uno espero entra otro vuelve a entrar el primero demasiado tiempo espera después de la hora citada
The Minute Clinic check-in system advised against booking an available appointment three hours later and instead recommended a walk-in/standby option with an estimated 55-minute wait time. However, the single clinician on duty had back-to-back scheduled appointments from opening to close, meaning walk-ins could only be seen in the event of a no-show. After waiting more than two hours, I was informed that all appointments were fully booked and that continuing to wait as a walk-in would likely be futile. I then visited a second location, where the waiting area lacked basic supplies such as masks, tissues, and hand sanitizer. When patients requested tissues, staff provided paper towels and directed them to the restroom if they wanted actual tissues. During my visit, I was not initially offered relief for my primary reason for seeking care and had to request that it be addressed rather than focusing solely on a secondary issue discovered during the exam. Additionally, staff appeared unfamiliar with processing my insurance, which extended the wait time while I was already feeling unwell. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to inefficient scheduling guidance, long wait times, lack of basic patient amenities, and gaps in patient care and administrative processes.

Both the in-take nurse and practitioner were kind, understanding, and accommodating when I required unexpected tests. I was dealing with genital-related issues and I never felt uncomfortable while undressed. Pain was unavoidable with my issue, but the practitioner did her best to not cause more than necessary and constantly checked in.
