The whole experience was very easy, from making an appointment, checking in, having my vitals taken, seeing a nurse practitioner, and getting my meds. I left home for my appointment and was back within an hour! And The Provider was very kind and seemed to genuinely want to make me feel better. I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I’m feeling under the weather!
Good experience overall. Big plus is to have blood work done at the same location.
It's frustrating to input all our information including payment. Then when my husband takes our daughter in for the appointment they say it will be $85.00. I have the HSA card and he didn't. But I uploaded the info to the app and the doctor said it wasn't there. So instead of using our HSA card we had to have it come out of our bank account.
The Provider was great and very knowledgeable. She quickly knew what I was dealing with and prescribed exactly what I needed
The doctor and nurse practitioner were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring and took care of my issue very quickly. I'm extremely grateful that this service is available!
It is very easy to make the appointment, fill out questionnaires on visit, self check in the day of appointment and meet the doctor.
Service was quick and efficient but not rushed.
The previous patient was in the appointment room, when they left, nothing was wiped down or changed (paper on the patient’s chair from previous person). Cabinets were slammed repeatedly as she was looking for supplies. Her own personal phone was used as a flashlight to check my throat for strep. She wore the same gloves when she examined me, walked out of the room to the other patient room, then came back and never changed gloves. As a nurse this is concerning as I have something contagious and I feel as though proper precautions were not taken to prevent spread to others knowing how easily these viruses, etc are transmitted.
I did a walk in, and the estimated wait time it says was 50 minutes and it took 2+ hours, for my daughter to first get taken care of and 3+ for me. So the walk in’s time estimate process, and how they fit in with appointments isn’t very accurate or clear. Other than that, the actual visit was good.
