My provider was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.
I was able to book fairly quickly for an appointment on a weekend. Health precautions were taken to prevent the spread of other germs. First of all, we arrived on Saturday, May 16th as the app stated walk-ins welcome. There was a handwritten note on the kiosk that the clinic was closed that day. Why didn't the app state that after driving 45 minutes there. Secondly, we made an appt for Sunday, May 17th at 9:30. Arrived early only to wait until 10:10 am to see the NP. That clinic DOUBLE BOOKS appt and makes it impossible for her to see everyone on time. Complete disregard for those that made an appointment.
