After 5 days of antibiotics, the Rx did not work as expected. I contacted the CVS pharmacist, for a refill. However, he indicated that Minute Clinic is independent from CVS and recommended that I called the 1-866-389-2727 to report the issue to a customer service. On 4/13/26, Brooklyn (Minute Clinic staff) placed a request for the Physician Assistant to provide a refill or prescribe something different. She told me that someone was going to call me, however no one did.
