I was seen very quickly without an appointment. The nurse practitioner was fabulous!
The Provider was on time and very kind. She took care of my daughter and she was very thorough.
The visit wasn’t scheduled but I was take in very quickly. The doctor was kind, listened to me and did an exam and check over my file. Made sure I was prescribed the correct medication after checking my allergies and everything went smoothly.
My visit was with The Provider. She immediately could tell that I was not well. She was so attentive, lostened and took her time. She even called to check on me the next day. That kind of dedication and kindness and compassion is hard to find and it was so warm. I really appreciated it.

I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had during a recent visit to MinuteClinic. I have been a patient at this location for years and have typically had positive experiences. However, this particular visit was significantly different and raised concerns about the quality of care provided. Upon arrival, I noticed the provider appeared distracted and was frequently moving between rooms while using her phone. When it was time for my appointment, she left the area entirely and returned approximately 15 minutes later. Despite having submitted my identification and insurance information online, she requested my physical cards, took them into another room, and left them unattended on a desk with the door open. I then waited an additional 15 minutes before she returned to continue the visit. During the appointment, the provider made repeated unrelated comments, including remarks about my appearance and stating multiple times that I looked tired, which was inappropriate given I was there because I was ill and had lost my voice. She also repeatedly asked if I was breastfeeding despite my clearly stating that I was not (and have not been since 2021), asking this question several times. The medical evaluation itself was minimal. The throat swab appeared rushed and incomplete, and I was given generic advice about avoiding spicy foods, which is not relevant to my current habits or condition. Overall, the visit felt unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking appropriate clinical care. This experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from your clinic, and I am concerned about both patient care and privacy practices. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed appropriately. Please let me know if any additional information is needed additional information.
Physician or practitioner was late. Appeared unprofessional. She saw me for maybe 3 minutes and asked me the same questions several times like she wasn’t listening. She did not take my blood pressure even after I described dizziness as a symptom.
It took a long time to wait and was asked personally questions. Did not like the experience at all.
