I was very pleased with my overall experience at this CVS minute clinic. I was fortunate to arrive when there were no lines. I was promptly serviced by a helpful and competent young lady doing the typpical initial "intake" procedures (basic questions, blood pressure, temperature, etc.). Then I was promptly seen by the Nurse Practitioner, who again was very helpful and competent. She prescribed a medication which I was then able to fill at the pharmacy, just a few minutes later. At the pharmacy, I was helped by another young lady who also competently dealt with the issues regarding my insurance and the particular medicine I was prescribed. Overall, I can't say enough about how smoothly everything went. I felt like I received excellent personal attention despite this being a "Minute Clinic," and as the name indicates, I was not only in and out very quickly, but I felt properly seen, heard and treated. Thank you.

Did not get a timely follow up call regarding lab test results, so was taking medication unnecessarily. Because medications can have undesirable side effects and can be more concerning for people over 65 ( I am 72) I don't see this as providing good patient care.
