Very satisfied 👍
On time. Efficient. Thorough. Expedited prescription with the pharmacy.
I've had issues with CVS billing which affects my score. The clinic itself is fine and the NP was super.
Good experience
I'm an avid gardener with severe sensitivity to pollen & plants. I take Zyrtec on daily basis for my numerous allergies. Since 2018, I've visited CVS Minute Clinic to seek treatment for poison ivy/oak issues. After my recent visit experience, I probably won't be using the clinic any more. I wasn't served well. I walked out the exam room feeling exasperated and with regrets. I was very upset. It was total waste of my time & money. On my recent visit, I was extremely unsatisfied with the treatment care prescribed by the NP, Provideryen. Even after explaining to the nurse that the skin rashes appeared two days ago and haven't reached the peak yet. Bright red rashes were on the arms(with blisters) & fingers, neck, jawline and most concerning to me were the rashes forming below the both eyebrows and eyelids. I also mentioned that in the past, due to the stress from skin rash, painful cold sores appeared on the lip & near the nose. I showed her the very early signs of developing cold sores near the nose & lip area. She did took a look briefly. I informed her that all my previous visits, the NPs prescribed the Valtrex for the cold sore along with Prednisone for the skin rash. She ignored me. Her response to me was that, cold sores ONLY appears on the lip area. In my opinion, NP, Providern doesn't seem to have enough experience treating skin issues. She needs more clinical experience. But most importantly, her bedside mannerism needs much improvement. I'm concern that NP, Provideryen didn't prescribe strong enough dose of Prednisone to fully treat my skin issue. Please refer to my visit summaries from 2018 to 2026
The practitioner was a great listener and helped me to get on a pathway to treatment. No once but twice did she ask if I had ANY questions before I left. Felt very comfortable and the medicine is already greatly helping my symptoms
Clinician was very efficient, friendly and explained all before proceeding. Thank you.
It was fast , easy and CONVINENT
The doctor was so kind
