Overall, a good experience for what we needed. Thank you.
The wait to see the Nurse Practitioner was too long, considering where we were on the wait list when we got there. The registration process was complex and confusing. Signage explaining the registration process was nonexistent. I wasn't sure to register on my cell phone or at the kiosk computer.
Staff very helpful. Price was higher than I expected.
I got to my appointment 20 minutes early and had to wait for nearly an hour and a half before I was even seen.
Nurse practitioner very good.
The check in time was very prompt & My visit with nurse & doctor was very resolved.,
The Provider is awesome! Hang on to her!
My wait time was only 15 minutes and the providers were gracious and thorough.
The service were pretty good. The wait was a bit much. It defeats the purpose of making appointment if I'm still waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled time.
