I went to the clinic to get rid of a uti. both the people I interacted with were both nice. while I was there i also got my tetanus shot which was over due. overall it was a pleasant experience.

The doctor and nurse were so helpful, considerate and really cared. They both worked as a team and you could easily tell that. Highly recommend!

The practitioner we saw was extremely condescending and unhelpful. My daughter felt terrible and so she asked if I would talk for her. When we first got in there, the practitioner said, “so what’s the problem ?” I started to answer, but then she looked at my daughter and said, “ you are 16 years old, you can answer for yourself” My daughter felt absolutely terrible and she kept trying to tell her that it was just allergies. I also felt pressured by her to get a strep test, even though I wanted her to look at her first. We left with my daughter in tears. A few days later, I took her to the doctor and she had pneumonia. We will never use MinuteClinic again.

The nurse and doctor was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and efficient. The doctor carefully explained my diagnosis, recommended what I could do, and gladly answered my concerns.

It was easy to make the appointment online, and to check in when I arrived. I was called into the exam room within several minutes of arriving, which actually exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful to have this service available on a Sunday, and to not have to wait until Monday, in the hopes that I MAY have been able to get an appointment at my primary care location.

The nurse was extremely professional, competent and personable. The Minute Clinic itself is a big step up from the cramped little closet like space by the pharmacy counter.

The practitioners were professional, friendly, and respectful. They took time to explain the procedure, making sure I understood.

Prompt painless

I would have rated 10 except that somehow they lost me between check in and being seen by the nurse. So I had a rather long wait-about an hour even though I was told it wouldn’t be long. There was no way I could ask why it was taking so long until one of the staff stepped out of her office into the waiting area. But both employees were very nice and I was pleased with my treatment.
