It was easy to book an appointment, there was no long waiting and the nurse practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time to try the clinic and absolutely loved it. So convenient and quick!
I loved the ease and how quickly I could get an appointment for the COVID test.
I asked my nurse if she liked her job. She said she loved what she did. And it shows in her work. I ask many people that question and she is the only one to say that they actually love their job. Great chose in hiring her cvs!!!!!
The appointment time, location, cleanliness of room were all great. However I did not have a great experience with the provider. The room reeked of smoke - to the point I found it alarming. Also, she did not introduce herself, state her name, position etc. It was not a professional interaction or experience. I’m glad the appointment was just for myself as if I had my daughter with me I would have left. The stale marijuana and smoke smell was that strong.
The nurse was great. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very skillful and considerate.

Computers were down, which they said exacerbated wait times. I waited for over an hour to get a strep test. The NP was nice and professional, though.
The nurse was fantastic, cheery and thorough. However my appt time was scheduled for 10:40, I was there by 10:30 and I wasn't called back until 11:50. When you are sick and manage to show up for an appointment in a timely manner, it is horrible service to run that far behind. It wasn't the poor nurse's fault...but why bother offering appointments if you aren't going to honor them. The system should have real time delay notifications so sick people aren't congesting the store.
