We provide preventative care
Our goal at MinuteClinic® is to help entire communities obtain and maintain great health. One way in which we further our goal is by providing immunizations for all health individuals 18 months or older. Many of the immunizations we offer are those recommended by schools, such as MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis, rotavirus and Hib. However, we also offer vaccinations for other conditions such as HPV, zoster and the seasonal flu shot.
While many vaccines are age specific, all ages benefit from the flu shot. The flu is becoming increasingly dangerous, causing more fatalities each year. You can protect yourself and those around you by getting your flu vaccine at the start of flu season. Call ahead to make sure we still have the immunization in stock.
Diagnostic and treatment services
In addition to preventative care, our MinuteClinic® also offers palliative care. If you are feeling under the weather or feel a cold coming on, head over to our store to get the attention and possibly medication you need to feel better. Some common conditions that the medical professionals in our clinic can diagnose and treat include the following:
- Cold, flu and upper respiratory infections
- Vomiting and nausea
- Diarrhea
- Mononucleosis
- Strep throat
- Indigestion
- Eczema
- Allergies
- Asthma
- Pink eye
You don't have to be ill to benefit from our services. We also perform routine well checks for individuals who wish to obtain a gauge on their health. If you or your child needs a sports physical or a physical for school purposes, we can perform those as well. We can also provide blood pressure readings and cholesterol level checks for those who have had issues with either or in the past.
Schedule a visit from the comfort of your own home
Are you too sick to leave the comfort of your bed? Is it the middle of the night when suddenly, your toddler gets sick with a stomach virus? Do you simply not have time to visit our store but need a prescription to get feeling better? If you find that you cannot make it to our clinic during normal hours, schedule a Virtual Care visit via our app. For a small fee, you can video chat with a provider, who will assess your medical history and your symptoms, make a diagnosis and prescribe a treatment plan. If necessary, the provider will also call in a prescription.
