The nurse practioner that I met with was patient, kind and well informed.
The clinic was able to get me in with short notice, the dr/nurse was understanding and took the time to help with my issue, such a great experience!
The lady (black braided hair) was unfriendly, not empathetic, asked me when i had my last vaccine and why i had not have it… i understand these are standard questions…. But asking “why” was not a standard questions. I was in 8 - 9 pain from throat, she acted like a robot, performed the test, asked questions and that’s it. No warmth, no empathy.
My CVS provider was most helpful in describing the steps involved with this unique visit need. Required by my employer to have this screening test for TB even though I have no illness symptoms of any kind, nor any history of any contact with this disease. My CVS provider was most helpful in describing the unique need to be referred to a special Lab setting since this Lab ( blood test) has unique “ time “ testing requirements. All of my referral papers were printed fine for my upcoming Lab visit scheduled.
