If the service isn't available in your area, give us your address and we'll let you know when it arrives.

We use smartphone technology like location services, text alerts and push notifications to communicate with you and understand when you've arrived at the store. Curbside pickup doesn't work unless you use a smartphone to complete your order.

You can place an order on a desktop or mobile device using a web browser like Safari or Chrome. You'll then need your smartphone to confirm your order by text message. Your order won't be placed until you confirm.
We're unable to refill prescriptions for curbside pickup at this time. To pick up refills, please come into the store or use the drive-thru (where available).

Yes. As long as you link your ExtraCare number to your CVS.com® account, you'll earn quarterly ExtraBucks® Rewards and receive weekly ad sale prices on curbside pickup orders. Item pricing will vary by store.
Yes. All eligible ExtraBucks Rewards and ExtraCare® offers sent to your card will be automatically applied at pickup. As always, they're subject to our coupon policy. Be sure to send offers to your card before you shop. Savings will be reflected on the receipt attached to your order.
Curbside pickup pricing does not always match store pricing; however your final price will always be equal to or less than the store price. This excludes local fees, such as bag fees and taxes, which may be added as required by applicable law. If you link your ExtraCare® card to your account, you'll also get the benefit of any weekly ad promotions that are available in store.
From time to time, we run special offers on curbside pickup orders. You'll see a coupon code with the offer. The coupon code can be applied in the Promo Code field during the checkout process.
Other store offers may apply as well. Link your ExtraCare® card to your CVS.com® account and send coupons and ExtraBucks® Rewards to your card before you shop. We'll automatically apply eligible savings at time of pickup.

To turn on Notifications, go to Settings > Notifications > CVS > Allow Notifications.

Location services can be found under Settings > Location > Select "On."
To turn on Notifications, go to Settings > Applications > Application manager > CVS > check "Show Notifications."

You'll receive an email and a text message letting you know your order is ready for pickup.
In the text message, you'll also receive a link to your pickup instructions and a pickup pass. When the associate brings out your order, show him or her your pickup pass. The associate will scan it to confirm your order.
You can also access your pickup pass in the app through the link in the text message.
When you receive notification that your order's ready, drive to your CVS Pharmacy® store. Park in either the designated curbside pickup location or parking spot close to the store entrance. Remember to follow all parking laws!
If you have the CVS Pharmacy app: Leave your app open and running when you arrive at the store. The app will let the store know you're waiting outside. If you don't see an associate after a minute or two, tap the Here button in the app or reply "Here" to your order-ready text. This sends another alert that you're waiting on your order.
If you don't have our app: When you've parked, reply "Here" to the order-ready text message you received with your pickup pass. This sends an alert that you're waiting for your order.
If you're not in a designated curbside pickup parking spot, putting your hazard lights on can help us find you faster.
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order has been placed. To check order status, visit the curbside pickup order history section in the app.
You'll receive a text message to review and confirm your CVS Pharmacy® curbside pickup order. You'll then be able to review your order, select any replacement items for items that may be out of stock or cancel your order.
Yes, you can cancel a curbside pickup order in the app or from your web browser. Look for the link at the bottom of your Order Detail page that allows you to cancel your order. You also can return items in your order within 60 days with a valid receipt or by showing your curbside pickup order history.
After 4 days, we'll cancel your order and return the products to our shelves. The pending authorization placed on your credit card when you ordered will be released when the order is canceled. Please allow up to 10 days for the pending charge to be removed from your card.
Yes. You can bring your order back to the store up to 60 days after your order is ready for pickup. For faster return processing, please bring your receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase and a valid photo ID.
We accept both credit and debit cards. When you place a CVS Pharmacy® curbside pickup order, there's a pending authorization placed on your credit card. The card is only charged when you pick up the order. Although you may see a charge authorization before you come to the store, your card will be charged when you pick up your order. The charge will be processed by CURBSIDE CVS EXPRSS. If you cancel your order, please allow up to 10 days for the pending charge to be removed from your card.

To enable quick, accurate service, we share your full name, delivery address, phone number and any delivery instructions with Uber. Your driver also needs your name and delivery address so that he or she can deliver your order as requested. Your personal information won't be used for any other purpose.
In the event an order cannot be immediately delivered or if there are questions about where to deliver the order, Uber and/or the driver may contact you at the phone number you provide to coordinate delivery. Delivery instructions also help pinpoint how and where your order is delivered. Any instructions you provide will be shared with Uber and driver.
No. Even though the Uber driver may call you, he or she won't have access to — or the ability to see — your actual phone number.
