The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, absolutely awesome, kind and patient.
I had an excellent experience with the practitioner who assisted me.
I had an appointment scheduled for 12:20, knowing that staff had lunch at 1pm. As I got to my appointment 5 min early I watched staff walk out of the CVS and not get back until 10 min late to my appointment because they went next door and got The Provider for Lunch. This caused her to start my test late and made it impossible for me to come back to the clinic to get the test read while trying to get back to work on time. What is the purpose of scheduled visits if the provider is not going to honor the patient's time?
The provider was extremely friendly and helpful. She brought me a ton of relief with the problem I had. I would happily see her again
Easy to get an appointment and the PA was very caring and wanted to find a solution to my needs. The PA was professional along side not rushing me out of the clinic.
I really appreciated the doctor most of all. What a professional and friendly lady. As I was seeking testing for something that could have been potentially embarrassing her ability to put me at ease makes her a credit to your entire business. Great job and make sure you keep her around because she’s 100% why I’d come back.
The actual visit was fine. It's the 2nd time I had to go for the same illness. The problem I have is with billing. Visits are $0 with my insurance. I'm not able to book the appointment without putting in a credit card. I have been charged $15 each time. I called billing and they say I need to wait for the EOB which shows $0 owed and then wait for CVS to receive the EOB to get reimbursed. The reimbursement may be by check instead of being put back on my FSA card. I will then need to fill out the paperwork to have the amounts put back on the FSA for tax reasons. It's a lot of my time and effort for $0 cost visits. I would like to be told how I can book an appointment without being charged. I have a vaccination coming up and will go to Fry's pharmacy to avoid the hassle of $15.
The nurse who assisted me with my work required TB test was WONDERFUL! My nurse/ practioner learned I too work in healthcare, we had a very professional yet friendly conversation regarding work as she administered my test. I was seen promptly and she was very efficient, I was in & out in less than 15 minutes.
Quick and easy. the nurse was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
