The Staff I worked with were very efficient,personable, and caring. Very Pleasant experience

I have been to the minuteclinic many times in the past and have gotten great service from the providers. This time I did not, and maybe this is just a one off. I hope so because if this is the service that I am going to continue to receive, then I will no longer be going to minuteclinics for care. I had come here a month prior because I had ear pain. The provider explained that I had wax build up and couldn't see my ear drum, so she said she will flush my ear out to see if the wax would come out so that she can see my eardrum. The wax came out and she was able to look in my ear, and I did indeed have an ear infection. She also explained that I have pediatric ear canals, that they are really tiny and anything could easily block them. That was great information. She prescribed me antibiotic drops for my ear. I was still having some ear pain a month later, so I went back to the same clinic, but there was a different provider. The provider said she couldn't see my ear drum because of wax, but she didn't option to clean my ear out. Instead she asked me what I wanted. I was thinking, "What? What does that mean. I also work in the healthcare field, so I was wondering if she thought I was a pill seeker." I told her I was still having pain in my ear and I was prescribed antibiotic drops for my ear. She said she was going to prescribe me antibiotics in pill form, and that was it. Worst experience I have had at a minuteclinic. Hopefully the pill antibiotics work, but I have always had difficulty cleaning my ears myself and end up seeking professional care. She could've done it then, not sure why she didn't.

The doctor was amazing, she was very accommodating very helpful! She was super compassionate helped me get a discount on my medication as I was a self-pay client.
