I arrived and checked in at the scheduled time and was not seen until an hour after my appointment time. People who arrived 15-30 min after me were seen before I was. I was also forced to pay for my test that my insurance showed full coverage for. I also witnessed the person on staff receive a delivery, sign for it, then leave it in the waiting area for 30 minutes where anyone could have taken it which was concerning as someone who also works in healthcare. I generally have good service and interactions here but this time it fell flat and I was disappointed.
This was the most efficient visit I have ever had with Minute clinic. The nurse was so kind and efficient and the Dr was equally as kind. Most pleasant visit.
Please open a C V S clinic in Surprise. I had to drive 30 minutes to Peoria to be seen.

Overall I am satisfied with the service provided by the NP.
I had an appointment and they ran on time. They were not late or anything. They were also very nice to me.
It was nice. I was only there for a sinus evaluation

My experience at this location was horrible. She wasn’t able to help me not caring at all. Put me on steroids that I didn’t even need. Didn’t even do a full assessment. I’m pretty sure I was just dehydrated but found that out on my own after. No compassion shown no empathy.
