The staff were very friendly, kind and professional. They were very busy yet we did not feel rushed at all. Their care was excellent.
Personnel allowed my friend to come in with me as I am not a fan of being poked, prodded or even knicked (smiling). She was knowledgeable of her job and even told me that my insurance did not cover my TB test.
I was a walk-in and they were fully booked with people who had previously made appointments. Despite that, they were able to work me in in a fairly short period of time. Grateful.
We were the first appointment scheduled for the day at 9:10. The doctor and nurse were both aware that we checked in at 9:00. I had to knock on the door to remind them that we were waiting close to 9:20. We then saw the nurse and were treated for strep. We had to wait again in the waiting g area for the doctor as the doctor was seeing another patient. Alerted the staff we were going to leave and should not have to be waiting any longer. Strep test came back negative. Daughter is still sick. Took her to her primary doctor on 4/28 and tested positive for strep.
The building /store smelled like restroom.
The visit was quick and thorough. Appreciate The Provider and his team.
The first woman who saw me was not friendly at all. Asked for my name very loudly when opening the door without eye contact, starting off the experience terribly. Then told me to stand on scale and just from there on no eye contact and not a great experience. Once I asked how her day was, I can tell she changed her tone a bit, but as a CVS employee it was embarrassing she’d treat people this way— in a dismissive manner and acting like I was just another body. The second woman, The Provider, was nicer and explained things to me with a smile and made eye contact. She was the nurse practitioner who explained the results of my preventative care visit.
The staff was nice enough but the scheduling system overbooked appointments and we had to wait about an hour to be seen.
Me atendieron muy rápido, y ya mejoro mi salud
