I could not find my Visit Summary on the dashboard. Please include a category of "Visit Summary" so that the patients can access it. Thanks.
Loved my first experience with Minute Clinic! I love that you can make an appt! I did have to wait for about 45 min, but that's better than the wait would be at most Urgent Care facilities. The Dr was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. She didn't rush anything at all. She prescribed some cream and it was so convenient to have the pharmacy in the same building!
The person that helped me was understanding a professional check all my vitals made sure I didn’t need help with anything else and sent my prescription to the pharmacy.
I was able to make an appointment and they had the vaccine I needed.
Check in was easy and didn't wait. Staff was helpful
Very satisfied. Only negative was the wait. I had a schedule appt and was at location 15 minutes early.
Loved the Doctor I worked with, however when completing the pre-check forms I was told one price. Come to the end of my visit, I was charged more than I was told.
The NP that treated me didn’t practice hand hygiene, didn’t really preform an assessment regarding my swollen glands. I can in for a soar throat and they tested me for strep that was negative and I don’t think the specimen was collected right. I explained that I had multiple exposure to strep at home and at my work. They said it was simply said it was a virus and I would get better. They offered no recommendations about over the counter meds to help with my symptoms. I went to urgent care a day later when my symptoms worsened and got retested for strep. It came back positive and I was given antibiotics. Probably will never go back to the minute clinic

The time of appointment didn't reflect to the actual clinic running schedule! There were mixing schedule between people made appointment from a day before, people made appointment for the same day and people walking in.
