The nurse did a great job! Very professional and very quick!! Thank you
The nurse practitioner did not give me a clear diagnosis, and I felt that he ignored one of my major symptoms. He said he was prescribing some eye drops, but the prescription never went through for some reason. Because he did not follow up, I still have no medication.
I visited the MinuteClinic after learning I was due for a second Covid vaccine 6 months after my previous one. The check in process was easy. The Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, was friendly and gave a great shot!
It was extremely easy to make the appointment online. And then I saw The Provider yesterday and he was professional, efficient, personable, and caring. He listened intently to what I had to tell him. He asked valid questions and I felt like he really made sure he covered everything with me.
The Provider was great. Making a next day appointment was super easy and doc even found a script that didn't break the bank. I had a very positive experience.
Very convenient times available, ease of making appt and getting in same day, quick turnaround from when prescription was written to being ready at pharmacy.
Scheduling was easy online. Appointment was quick and overall experience was a 10!
