Efficient professional service.
The NP was excellent. Friendly, on time and diagnosed me quickly.
I visited CVS MinuteClinic this past Saturday for an eye infection and had a really positive experience. I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away—no wait at all, which was a huge relief. The provider was professional, thorough, and clearly very competent. I felt confident in the care I received, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
Staff is very polite and experienced. Absolutely delightful. Complaint: Appointment booking with MinuteClinic is very difficult. Even when booked, it is considered as CVS pharmacy and not Minute Clinic. Though I made an appointment because of the above said reason I had to make a walkin and wait. Not good.
The attentiveness and information provided was great.

The nurse/PA was great, she asked lots of questions and paid attention to what I was saying.
The staff was professional. A very talented staff with great knowledge and experience in all areas.
I had a walk in and the waiting time was minimum. I was taken in as soon as they had a window open which I was pleasantly surprised.
