I had an appt at 330 but wasn’t seen till after 4. The nurse was amazing she tried her best to accommodate the amount of people who needed help.
This was a good experience clinic was clean. Staff was amazing very appreciative for everything.
The nurse practitioner that day was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel at ease
My appointment was at 10:50am and I did not get seen until 11:30 The clinic was double booked, the practitioner was the only staff member working- I suggest you fully staff, ‘the minute clinic’ OR do not double book patients to be seen. I just went in for a TB test. I was also annoyed and disappointed that I didn’t get a sheet to be signed by another trained healthcare worker else to read my test. I have to go back.
The staff were very helpful. Wait times were not long.
I waited for more than one hour even though I made an appointment ahead of time.
My practitioner, The Provider, was the main reason for rating a high score. Clearly communicated about check in process and wait times. Felt heard when I described my symptoms. I generally don't like going to health care appointments, but this experience was very pleasant. I would go back to this practitioner.
I had an appointment at 11am, but did not get in until 12pm. Provider was GREAT and apologized for the delay. But nonetheless, 1 hour wait time for a 5 min SCHEDULED appointment is outrageous.
It was so horrible. I had an appointment time and I was seen at a later time.

The Provider, the PA was amazing. She took me an early. She said to diagnose me and make sure I didn’t have strep so I was able to return to my meeting. Also was very friendly and took notes and listened to me.
