Easy to schedule appointment. Staff was professional and knowledgeable.
Everything was so smooth
Very pleased. Provideram was thorough and staff were very nice and explained everything clearly.
I went into the Minute Clinic feeling like I had a sinus infection and/or ear infection. I got the treatment I needed and started feeling much better the next day. My visit was covered by my insurance and my prescriptions too. Thank you Minute Clinic
Great experience with the Nurse Practitioner, except I couldn’t complete my appointment online. The booking stalled after I chose a time. When I got to CVS my appointment had not registered, so I had to wait for the next available appointment.
NP was pleasant but prescription never made it to pharmacy and after 5 calls and wasted 4 hours. No result.
The Minute Clinic was really easy to set up an appointment. The appointment options were readily available and convenient times. The facility was nice and clean and very professional like a regular doctor's office. The practitioner was very kind and considerate. However, she was not fully or confidently able to diagnose the issue, which was the drawback.
I paid $54 to receive the result of my TB test which took less than 5 seconds to examine my arm. The results should have been included in the initial $39 test fee.
I had a 12:10 appointment and made sure to be there a half hour early. The practitioner called me back at about 11:50, much sooner than expected! Getting approval from the Veterans Administration to proceed with the appointment at V.A. expense was trying and took longer than anticipated, but The Provider was patirnt and got the approval. Her exam was excellent, and the results were very acceptable. The Provider had excellent "bed-side" manners which I thoroughly appreciated. Thanks The Provider!!
