Convenience, cleanliness, quickness and excellent experience with health care provider.
Very quick efficient service very caring doctor very thorough
The visit was excellent, didn't expect great service. I would recommend Minute Clinic to all.
The phlebotomist was sniffling and was not wearing a mask and was in close proximity to me! She asked me to move my chair! Overall not super friendly.
Extremely unprofessional. Multiple reviews have stated the same and none are lying. The RN is extremely unprofessional and needs to be properly trained. I had an appointment and waited for over an hour after check-in to be seen. She skipped me when calling patients and then proceeded to tell me I could no longer be seen because the clinic was closing, although there was still 30 minutes left before clinic closure and no other patients. She raised her voice at me and was condescending about the fact that she no longer was interested in seeing me. I had to tell her that I needed to be seen as i was having symptoms. Was told to come back next day or go elsewhere. Will never be using this service at this or any CVS location because of the extremely poor and unacceptable experience.
Was not given any test to verify initial diagnosis from minute clinic. Went to UC since symptoms were not getting better. Turns out initial diagnosis was wrong.
The nurse practitioner was beyond awful: she was argumentative, did not listen to my concerns and, after having to endure all of that, I returned later on after gathering all the numerous documents she said I needed in order to get the needed prescription, only for her to tell me: "I was told you cannot get this prescription even though you are not using your insurance. You could lose your insurance if you proceed." She should have called with that information to let me know. Hours were wasted, to no avail. Horrible!
1. I was hoping to find out what caused my issue. That didn't happen. 2. I was told that me paying cash instead of using my insurance would likely result in a lower cost to me overall. I disagree. I'm glad the medical person did comply with my request in the end, to submit the bill to my insurance. 3. I had to submit my credit card and health insurance card to your website before I could even make an appointment. I did that. I followed all instructions. When I arrived there, I had to give all that same info again to the NP. I can only assume that someone above has decided that they don't want to risk making an appointment for someone that can't pay, otherwise what is the point of having to give the info twice? So either your business model or your system seems to be messed up. I was hopeful this would work out, but I cannot say it was very successful. The nurse practitioner was very pleasant, so that was about the only plus.
The assistant that administered my routine blood pressure, pulse ox, and temperature was not friendly lacking bedside manner. Once she was done she offered no results. So I asked if my numbers were good. She said yes. So I asked for the reading of my oxygen saturation. She then gave me the useful information just for the ox reading. Also she wasn't welcoming, as she didn't even introduce herself. On the other hand the physican was great and had great bedside manner and showed concern for me as the patient.

What is GLP-1 and how does it help with weight loss?
GLP-1 medications work by imitating a natural hormone that regulates insulin and appetite. They help reduce cravings and improve blood sugar control, which can lead to weight loss when combined with diet and activity changes.
How can I get prescribed Ozempic® or another weight-loss medication?
A licensed MinuteClinic® provider will evaluate your health history, medications, BMI (Body Mass Index) and lifestyle. If you're a good candidate, they can prescribe GLP-1 medication either in person or virtually.
Is semaglutide covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage can vary. Some plans cover semaglutide for weight loss, while others may require prior authorization. Our staff can help you determine your benefits.
How much does semaglutide cost with or without insurance?
Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your insurance and eligibility for savings programs. Our team can guide you through the process and help you understand your financial options.
How do I know if I'm eligible for weight-loss medication?
Your provider will look at your full health profile, including your medical history, current medications, BMI (Body Mass Index) and lifestyle habits to see if GLP-1 treatment is a good fit for you.
