Appointment with The Provider at 10:50 started at 10:50. Quick, efficient and answered all questions. Return appointment was at 4pm with different NP. There was no one else there in line to wait. Took 15 mins to be seen by different NP.

Nurse practitioner was very thorough and definitely provided excellent medical care. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to this clinic.

The nurse was great, explained and answered all my questions. I did not feel like I was a "number" being pushed through.

The PRACTITIONER did not know any answers to my questions. One question: How much foes this cost if I choose to pay out of pocket. She stayed that she did not know. Secondly, if I had insurance that I could NOT pay out of pocket if I wanted to. These answers made me wanted to walk out without the service. Prior to take she did not start my appointment on time due to software she was demonstrating to the student practitioner Providerla. I will never return to this location even if it's less than a mile from my home!

I have seen the Provider, previously and I am very pleased with her demeanor and knowledge. For both visits, the office has been close to the scheduled appointment time.

I was called back on time, I think even a few minutes early, which was great. I nurse I saw was wonderful, super nice and personable. However, I went hoping to get a prescription for antibiotics because I had accidentally stabbed my hand while working in the kitchen, but she wasn’t allowed to give me a prescription because of a rule about having to refer out puncture wounds for x-rays. The nurse was very apologetic, but I was still out over $55 even though I got nothing from the visit.

Great experience overall, especially considering we came in with a very sick child. The practitioner was professional, kind, and attentive. She got to us as quickly as possible despite our walk-in status, which we really appreciated. One area for improvement would be the seating—it’s quite uncomfortable, especially for patients who are ill and waiting. Additionally, the lobby and exam room appeared somewhat cluttered and not as clean as expected.
