The nurse was very professional, very friendly took her time to explain what needed to be done and how to care for my ear problem after I was home
I went in with sinus congestion and fluid on my ears. And couldn’t hardly talk. She didn’t give me anything and two days later I’m at the dr with a severe sinus infection, infected ears and laryngitis.
Very nice and professional lady, see her everytime we go there, she's Awesome.
I went to get my ear cleaned and the assistant was awesome she told me step by step what she was doing.
Excellent care and provider.
My score is 10 for the ARNP and for fast service for RX meds the ARNP ordered. I had problems trying to get a appt on line. Had to do it over a couple of times before I finally was scheduled an appt. Not easy especially when you are sick and not feeling like being on internet.

Provideryn was the best! She listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam and asked if I wanted to be tested for flu and Covid which I agreed was a good idea. My flu results were positive and Covid results were negative. So happy she offered the tests. She gave me 4 prescriptions and very patiently explained what each was for and how to take it. Today I received a follow up call to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Amazing!! She deserves a raise!!
