My father had passed away just two days earlier, and during such a difficult time my mother developed a bad chest cold. We decided to go to the CVS MinuteClinic for help. When we arrived, we signed in at the kiosk and were disappointed to see the next available appointment was not until 3:00 p.m., even though it was only 11:00 a.m. A nurse came out, and when I explained our situation, she showed such kindness and compassion. She told us she would get us in right away and that we did not need to wait until later in the afternoon. Her understanding meant so much to us during an already emotional time. The doctor was wonderful. She thoroughly checked my mother, reassured us that her lungs were clear, and prescribed an inhaler and medication for her cough. Thanks to her care, my mother was finally able to sleep comfortably that night. We are truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and excellent care we received. Thank you to the entire team.

I had an ongoing medical issue that wasn't resolving and I wasn't sure where I needed to go for answers. the clinic helped direct me in the right direction. so glad they are close by.
I gave to the doctor the diagnostic based on my personal doctor from Chile. She didn’t even touch my leg to check it. And then she charged me more than the minimum and she didn’t give me recommendations.
