I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit to MinuteClinic. We brought my daughter in due to a fever, nausea, and vomiting, and she had already missed school because of her symptoms. Not only were we concerned about her health, but we also needed proper documentation for her absence. The nurse practitioner did not provide an appropriate level of care. She remained seated the entire time and did not make an effort to physically assess my daughter unless prompted. I was even asked if I wanted my daughter to be checked, which is something that should be standard practice during a sick visit. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it did not meet the basic expectations of medical care. As a parent, it is incredibly frustrating to seek help for your child and feel like their concerns are not taken seriously. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not have a similar experience.

The provider was very good and professional. I have no complaints as to how I was treated. However, since I was traveling and forgot to bring my Medicare card, it would’ve been helpful if you could have access to that info from our birthdate or Social Security number. $160.00 is a steep amount to pay.

The visit was fine. Now I am finding out my DOT physical is supposed to be put on line by the provider and this part has been very confusing to me, because as of now it is not posted on line. Apparently the DMV doesn't do it anymore, so I am confused with this. The visit with the ARNP was professional and very friendly.

The Doctor Ms America accommodated me sooner than scheduled and she is very Thorough she checked my blood pressure several ways and times. She refilled my prescription and ordered labs .

I go to minute clinic because of convenience, not because I love it. Although it has pros (open on weekends, open after hours, accepted by insurance) I don’t always prefer to go there. The nurses are hit or miss as to whether you will get a good one or not. This particular time, I feel like my nurse wasn’t very good. The room was disorganized and I had to help her restart her computer (which was not a big deal in itself). She was pleasant enough but recorded one of my medications wrong although I corrected her on the dosage I was on. She also seemed like she didn’t care to be there. I am satisfied with the medication I was given because it is helping me get better but I am not sure I’d go back if I knew she would be my nurse.

My appointment happened on time and the NP was super efficient, kind and helpful! She listened to me and offered suggestions to meet my needs how I preferred.
