The nurse practitioner, The Provider, went above and beyond to help me that day. Friendly, kind, and professional.

My technician was so wonderful!!! She was incredibly kind and professional! She made me feel very at ease, helped me a lot and was full of knowledge!

The lady was super rough, in a hurry, all about the insurance money, didn't care to listen nor work with me or understand my situation, swabbing my nose rough, making me get a shot I didn't authorize or say yes to, she didn't ask, she just did it anyway. She was nice but I felt very uncomfortable with her, I hope I never get her again. She was in a hurry for everything. Making me feel intimidated bc i.shoulda did my PCP instead but my PCP did not have an appointment until 3 months later. I would not be sick in 3 months. That's why I came to minute clinic. Geez -next time maybe ill jus do teledoc instead. What happened to real ppl services??? That's not a nurse if it's gonna be this way in person. Not a pleasant appointment. The person b4 her was in there b4 me n I didn't get in till 20 minutes l8tr on my appointment. Maybe he was late. I was on time.

The Provider, NP, is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner. She was very helpful with helping with my medical issue. The Provider, NP Is an asset to the CVS minute Clinic

I chose the only option that was available when I checked that afternoon, slot was 6:40pm. When arrived, nurse asked if I checked in and was escorted into room. From here, she seemed rushed and annoyed. I sat down and asked if my fiance could come in and she ignored the question, so I had him wait outside. She asked for my symptoms and as I started she interrupted and told me I needed to pay and needed my ID. I tried to finish my symptoms as she focused on scanning instead of listening or writing them. She rushed me to leave into “the next room” and leave her door open with no further instructions. Very poor bedside manner coming from someone who works in healthcare. If you don't like the hours or people maybe find a different job. This was my first visit and my last.

The Doctor was excellent, knowledgeable and caring. She was wonderful!
