Very professional, excellent service, short wait time, very caring
The medical staff were professional and courteous as well as never making me feel rushed.
Went in to the location to receive a physical blood pressure reading. I have chronic high blood pressure. The nurse sent me to the ER. I was in and out the E.R in 20 minutes. They just increased my pill strength, that visit cost me 1,074.81. Oh I am pissed.
You did not accept my insurance.

The health care providers cared more about their mandatory depression screening than the issue I came in for. When asked about my mental health (before I was asked about what I came in for) I explained to them that I am the healthcare advocate for one of my parents who just had a massive heart attack and it has been difficult so my answers for their questionnaire would reflect my current situation. I went in for my physical health I didn't need to be interviewed on my completely unrelated personal life. I left with no clarity on my physical health just a recommendation to see a therapist. Based of me mentioning that I have been stressed due to my parent nearly dying. A emotional response that any normal human being would have.

Easy to make an appointment online. Actually started evaluation at clinic a couple of minutes before scheduled appointment time. Person explained test and conducted it timely. Results communicated with me and my questions were answered. Medication was prescribed and ready at pharmacy within 10 minutes. Everyone was very focussed on addressing my symptoms.
