My appointment went better than expected. Took me on time and appointment did not take long at all.

Physician had NO bedside manner. Made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable - like it was a burden for me to come and visit her, even though it’s her job. I was so extremely sick, I just sat there and took her verbal abuse because I just wanted to feel better. I want to make this clear: BEFORE AND AFTER TOUCHING ME OR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, THIS PHYSICIAN DID NOT WASH HWR HANDS OR USE HAND SANITIZER. She made an uncomfortable and rude comment about me not putting a bra or undershirt on under my zippered jacket, which I had already told her I had not done as I was too sick. She was very violent and rough with the strep swab; I have had them done over 20 times in my life and they are never that painful and aggressive. She then admitted to me the test may come back inconclusive because she “might have done it wrong”. The test came back negative, so she then advised me if I wanted to be treated for strep throat, which I thought I did not have according to her test, that I would have to sign that I went against her medical advise and refused to go to the ER — she didn’t even mention the ER! I began to panic because I thought it was serious. She then rolled her eyes and said “I’m just treating you for strep throat”. She then prescribed me Penicillin, but did not check if I was allergic or have allergies in the family, which I do. She also did not ask if I was on any mental health medication or had any anxiety disorders. I DO! Not only is over half of my family allergic to Penicillin, but it reacts negatively with my anti-anxiety medications. It gives me terrible chest pains, a racing heart, and severe anxiety that I cannot get rid of. I did not leave with an after visit summary, or really a diagnosis or explanation as to what was wrong. She ended up telling me I could have appendicitis! What was I getting treated for strep throat for, then! My general practitioner thankfully made time for an emergency meeting with me, and went over her file, and she had put in wrong answers for my weight and height. She also had mean comments on my file. This was a terrible experience, and I ended up suffering more because of it because I chose to see her instead of someone with real medical experience and care, and my illness was made worse.

Easy appointment system. Availability was quick. Wait time was short and PA was thorough and attentive to my medical need. The PA also noted that I had not yet received the latest Covid booster shot. I was able to get it right then and also received my tetanus shot at the pharmacy. Very pleased with the visit.

The Nurse Practitioner was excellent and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go here again and recommend to my friends and family.

I had great treatment here and follow up phone calls. I highly recommend.

The main issue I experienced was that there was only 1 doctor and she was extremely behind. I was at my appointment 30 minutes prior to my assigned time to make sure I was checked in and everything. Even though I had an appointment at a certain time, I still was not seen until 49 minutes later. And that was with 3 others who had appointments on the screen before me who did not show up. So had they showed up, I would have been there for about 3 hours. I dont know if maybe the appointments need to be spaced out farther or what was happening that day. The doctor was nice and I had no issue with her. It was just the wait time, which when yiu are sick, is hard to handle.

Tje nurse practitioner I saw on Friday, April 24th at 6:40pm was professional, knowledgeable and Compassionate!

Great experience once I met with the nurse. The wait time was over an hour and only one nurse present. Waiting longer for prescriptions afterward. A long time at a store lobby not feeling well and a family member waiting since I did not feel well enough to drive myself at the time.
